Services and Fees

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals in a one-on-one setting. I only see adults 19 years and older.

I am in-network with Premera, Aetna, Kaiser PPO, and United Health Care. I am only in network with United Health Care Commercial, I am not in network with United Health Care via Apple Health.

If you are planning on not using insurance and paying out of pocket, the cost is $160 per session. If you have a different type of insurance, I will assist you in checking your out of network benefits and in providing you with a superbill for your insurance company for reimbursement.

Individuals who are uninsured or pay out of pocket for health services are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services. You may ask for this service before scheduling your first session via email.
