Services and Fees

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals in a one-on-one setting.

I am in-network with Premera, Aetna, United Health Care, and Kaiser PPO.

If you are planning on not using insurance and paying out of pocket, the cost is $150 per session. I will assist you in your process of submitting a superbill for reimbursement if that is something you are interested in.

Individuals who are uninsured or pay out of pocket for health services are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services. You may ask for this service before scheduling your first session via email.
