Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is an opportunity to engage in therapy with the added mindfulness of becoming present in nature, while you experience the physical and mental health benefits of movement, nature, and therapy all at once.

Walk and Talk Therapy can help individuals have increased mindfulness, increased mind-body connection, and improved energy, mood, memory, sleep, attention span, and self-esteem. The healing power of nature helps individuals get “unstuck” and feel more connected and alive.

My one-on-one in-person sessions are dedicated to women who are interested in Walk and Talk Therapy. We meet at the trails at Lord Hill Park to spend some time in the beautiful forest.
